The Aneurin Bevan University Health Board’s Living Well Living Longer programme is the first of its kind in Wales, to identify those at the greatest risk of developing cardiovascular disease and invite them for a short health check. A strong visible identity was required along with brand guidelines, citizen and staff information, advertising campaigns, infographics, posters and promotional materials.
